These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Feedimal at feedimal.com and related services (the "Service") operated by Feedimal ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Feedimal lets you pay a small fee (via Bitcoin Lightning Network or credit card) to trigger a real, physical feeder that dispenses food to live animals (currently fish, ants, and shrimp) housed in our tanks in the Czech Republic. The feeding is shown on a live video stream within seconds of payment.
The Service is provided "as is" — we make no guarantee that any specific animal will react in any specific way, that the stream will be 100% available, or that the feeder will trigger instantly in every case (technical issues happen).
Each feeding has a tiered price based on the amount you pay (Visitor / Fan / Hodler). Prices are displayed before you confirm payment. We may change prices at any time; changes apply only to future payments.
Because the Service triggers a real-world action (animal feeding) immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not available. We will issue a refund only if:
Lightning payments cannot be reversed once confirmed; refunds for Lightning payments will be sent to a Lightning address you provide.

We may remove offensive messages, ban abusive users, and reject suspicious payments at our discretion.
When you feed an animal:
Do not enter information you don't want to be public.
The Service, including its design, code, logo, and content (excluding your display name, custom messages, and YouTube comments), is owned by Feedimal and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
By submitting a custom message or display name, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the live stream, leaderboard, and any related promotional content.
We comply with Czech Republic animal welfare law (Act No. 246/1992 Coll.) and EU welfare standards. We enforce maximum daily feeding limits per tank to prevent overfeeding. The animals are cared for by qualified keepers; the Service does not let you cause harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (e.g., gross negligence, fraud).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 3 (Payments), 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation), 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by Czech Republic law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will announce material changes on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
